"We had our annual review with Brian. He was well prepared and answered all our questions. What I appreciate most about Brian is that he took his time to go over our current auto and home policies and explained/highlighted coverages that required reconsideration. "I had to file a claim, recently (November, 2023). It has become difficult to get to see a body shop, lately. There were a few bright spots in the experience, though, and the entire claims experience with State Farm, and especially with this office, went very smoothly. Emily Ogburn was extraordinarily cordial and helpful, and the others who helped with the claim were all brilliant. I'd rather not damage my vehicle again, but I'm confident with this team at my back."
